What Are The Washing Directions For My Product?

All of our products (apart from the raglans) are 100% cotton. To maintain the awesome fit and feel of your product, please wash in cold water and hang to dry, as you should do with all cotton products! Or give it to your mother/significant other – they’ll be able to figure it out.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We offer a Flat-rate $8 shipping on all orders within Canada.

If your order exceeds $100 before tax and shipping, we offer free shipping! When you are ready to place your order, you’ll be able to select “Free Shipping” from the drop-down menu.

We also provide a Local Pick-Up for Collingwood residents.  When you proceed to check out and fill in your shipping and billing information, you will see the option for Free Local Pick-Up as long as your Postal Code is from Collingwood. We will then shoot you an email to arrange the pick-up.

If your Postal Code is from the towns of Collingwood, Thornbury or Stayner, you will see an option for a $3 Drop-off shipping. That means one of our smiling faces will hand-deliver your order!

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package

$8 Flat-rate shipping and Free Shipping with ship via Canada Post.  This time frame will shift as all mail carriers do, but depending on location, we’d hope you’ll see you package in a couple weeks. If your order is time sensitive, please head to the Contact Us section and we can work on an expedited method at a small additional cost.

Free Local Pick-up will be arranged once the order is processed. We will email you and figure out when the most convenient time for pick up is.

For $3 Local Delivery, we will contact you within a few days of your order being processed to get your shipment delivered as quickly as possible.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Right now, we do not offer shipping internationally, but please visit the Contact Us page, and let us know where you’re from. We are open to looking into doing custom order to overseas once we receive an accurate shipping estimate with your information.

What Is Your Return Policy?

If you have an issue with your product we will happily do all we can to fix it! We will exchange items within a year on a case-by-case basis if there is a manufacturers defect provided you have proof of purchase via an email confirmation. Some examples of manufactures defect include – seam splitting, ink issues, etc.

How Can I Return A Product?

Please send us an email through Contact us to deal with returns. These will be processed on a case-by-case basis.

Do You Provide Custom Colour Options?

The long answer is “yes”… sort of.

We’re all artists at heart, and while we value your creative input, we, at the Natural Collective, may not necessarily believe an olive green and brown imprint looks awesome on a pink shirt.

We’re open to making your piece unique, and are happy to discuss options with you. Please understand that we do everything by hand, and switching the ink on a screen from green to red takes an hour or more of cleaning. As a result, we CAN do this, but there is an additional fee for this process of $10 on your product.
